It's All About Safe Staffing
The MNA Committee is engaging hospital management in meaningful discussion on staffing throughout the hospital. We have taken your anecdotes and presented them to management in a format “to help them understand” a day/night in the life of a Brigham nurse. It’s not pretty!

Please come to the open meeting on September 15th for details on our staffing proposal. More to follow on other proposals as well.

We have a very busy month ahead with our next negotiations session on Tuesday, September 9th. Stay tuned.
