Third Time’s A Charm!
For the third time in seven sessions, your Chief Nursing Officer, Mairead Hickey, left negotiations to attend to things more important to her.

As your elected committee, we are more committed then ever to negotiate a staffing plan that will once and for all address the CRITICAL STAFFING CRISIS that has become BWH! Unfortunately, your CNO, Mairead Hickey, would rather spend her time at a “feel good” wine and cheese party to celebrate the Mary Fay Awards. At least Mary Fay, during her tenure, didn’t leave the negotiating table to go to a party.

Bottom line – your practice and your contract don’t matter to Mairead Hickey!
