BWH is Looking to the Future!

So far into the future that you won’t see your 1% raise until 2013! (Still claiming the sky is falling.)

Still no agreement on:

• One year contract
• Ability to opt out of Flex Benefits
• Parking rates

And still proposing take-aways:

• Double time
• Increased percentage of Variables
• New RNs will be forced into Flex Benefits
• RN FINGERPRINTING FOR OMNICELL USE
