Negotiation Update: December 2, 2011
TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED
We have reached an agreement with the hospital. It includes:
- Wage Package
- ½ % across the board on 9/2/12 for all nurses
- ½ % across the board on 11/4/12 for all nurses
- 5 % step increases will continue for nurses on the step scale
- For nurses at max – 1 % bonus to regularly scheduled RNs and $500 bonus to per diems
- Vacation scheduling – new language to provide for improved transparency of the request process
- Improved language on military leave, return to work after leaves of absences, FMLA, cancellation of holiday shifts, OR staffing and AWOHNN standards
- Omnicell side letter continued (no finger printing)
A copy of the full agreement will be mailed within 1-2 weeks. Details on ratification will be included.
